The European Union has unveiled a package of measures worth almost half a billion pounds to improve the health of the oceans.
The measures - announced at the Our Ocean conference in Malta, are designed to reduce plastic pollution, extend marine protected areas, and monitor areas vulnerable to illegal fishing. Sky's Ashish Joshi has this special report.
